Shipping And Handling At Buyatool we feel delivery is one of the most important aspects of our service, therefore we have appointed Business Post to carry out our deliveries. Many web sites claim to offer free delivery, but we have found that the delivery charge is usually built into the price of the goods. At Buyatool we charge a delivery charge dependant on weight from £7.50. When you check our prices you will see that even with the delivery charge added our prices are still very competitive.

We offer various delivery options. If you opt for our standard delivery you can expect to see your goods within 3-5 working days.

For the purposes of deliveries, working days are defined as Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays.

All the delivery charges stated above apply to the UK mainland only (excluding the Highlands of Scotland). Delivery options and charges for the excluded post codes, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish islands are available from the drop down menu at checkout. In such circumstances we will not proceed with your order until the delivery charge has been agreed with yourself.

Returns Policy We offer a 14 Day money back guarantee on all the goods we supply you. This means if you wish to return any item that you have purchased within 14 days of purchase you may do so providing the goods are complete and unused in their original packaging. The 14 day period starts from the day after you receive the goods. If you have received the incorrect goods or the goods you have received are faulty or damaged you must advise us within a reasonable time of receipt using the contact details below stating the exact nature of the problem.

We will refund your credit or debit card for the goods that you return (excluding delivery costs) when we receive your goods back into our warehouse (or within 30 days of cancellation of an order if you excercise your right to cancel).. If the goods are returned due to an error on our part or the goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, we will also refund you for the delivery costs.

Please ensure when you are returning goods to ourselves that you use a reputable delivery service who can provide you with evidence that they have delivered your goods back to us. Under current legislation you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason for doing so, starting from the day after you receive your goods. Please state clearly the goods you wish to return along with the invoice number. It is your responsibility to arrange safe return of any goods you wish to return within a reasonable time following your cancellation notification. Any goods returned under your right to cancel must be complete, unused and in their original condition. We will credit your credit/debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
